
A FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO FITNESS
When it comes to fitness classes, you need the one that works for you. Want targeted assistance from a personal trainer? Then 1-1 sessions are the way forward. Need that camaraderie and encouragement that group sessions are great for? Then boot camps are your friend. And if you're fighting for time and want a fitness programme that you can follow in your own home, then maybe Zoom is for you? Whatever's best, I can accommodate it. At Alpha Zero Seven, I take care to make fitness training an easy take-up and ultimately second nature. And the approach is always holistic, taking into account not only nutrition but also your overall mindset. Together, we'll shatter those fitness goals.
PERSONAL TRAINING
I will tailor a plan specifically to you and guide and motivate you to reach the goals that you have always wanted to achieve. It is never too late to improve your health. I have a limited number of personal training sessions available, and they are suitable whether you're on your own or you want to bring a friend or partner with you. I am mobile and can provide training sessions at your own home or at my home address in Baydon (I have both an outdoor space and a small indoor gym).

HUNGERFORD BOOT CAMPS
You must pre-book boot camp sessions, so health and safety regulations and my insurance policies are adhered to. Prices start from £7 a session based on a 3 boot-camp-sessions-per-week attendance.

• Wednesday at 6pm at Triangle Field, HRFC, Priory Road, Hungerford, RG17 0AR
• Friday at 9am at the football field on Farm Lane, Aldbourne, SN8 2DS
• Every other Saturday morning at 9am at Cobbs Farm Shop on Bath Road, Hungerford, RG17 0SP (we tend to stay and have brunch at the Cafe afterwards too, but this is entirely optional!)
